
Lindeni Phumelele Siphayi
Lindeni Phumelele Siphayi is a businesswoman who gained experience and recognition in business as an entrepreneur who founded the family business in Pimville, Soweto in 1984. She pursued business interests following her previous employment with the Standard Bank of South Africa from 1981 1982. She gained experience in Administration and Business Management from humble beginnings in KZN, Nongoma and Mahlabathini, determined to grow in business she affiliated with FABCOS and NAFCOC to promote the Brick N Tile building materials supply business and gained exposure to Government, Small Business and Corporate Business. This lead to her appointment and served in leadership roles within Built Environment in the Construction Sector. She was appointed National President of South African Women in Construction 2003 to 2005. She later worked in mobilizing women structures to participate in mining (SAWIMA/SAWIMHI), oil and Energy, (WOESA), SAWEN (South African Women Entrepreneurs Network) and SAWIC. She got appointed to FEM (Federated Employers Mutual) as a Non-executive director. She is currently serving as a director at Katekane Investments Pty Ltd and Vorasat Pty Ltd.
